We are looking for passionate individuals ready to dive into Malta’s multi-layered history—spanning Prehistoric, Punic, Roman, and Knights periods.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out archaeology monitoring activities at infrastructure project sites
- Carry out archaeological investigations, excavations and research work.
- Handle assigned cases and compile relevant documents and reports
Knowledge and skills:
- Master’s Degree in Archaeological Practice or similar, covering fieldwork, analysis and heritage management
- Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology, covering Maltese or Mediterranean Archaeology
- Fieldwork/Commercial archaeology experience of at least 12 months
- Be based in/willing to relocate to Malta
- English Language skills – Minimum C1 (CEFR standard).
- Valid driving licence -mandatory
